Application Process for Current students and New siblings

The 2024-2025 school year application form for West U Methodist School can be printed or filled out online if your Adobe software supports this format. You may drop off your child’s application form off to Michele Williams, WUMS Co-Director, during normal school hours.

Application fee:

The application Fee of $150.00 will be drafted from your Tuition Express account on February 16th, 2024. If you do not have a current Tuition Express account, Michele will have the forms available at the school.
The application fee is non-refundable.

The 2024-2025 school year application form for West U Methodist School can be printed or filled out online if your Adobe software supports this format. Applications MUST be mailed to the school. We cannot accept applications unless they are mailed in. The church address is 3611 University Blvd., Houston, TX 77005. Please address your letter Attn: Michele Williams.

Application fee:

The application fee of $150.00 must be included with your application. We only accept checks. Please make the check out to West U Methodist School.
The application fee is non-refundable.

Extended Care Fall 2024 information

We have extended day care options for our current West U Methodist School students. We offer morning care from 7:45-9:00 am and afternoon care from 2:00-3:15 pm. These options are available M-F and can be customized to fit your needs (i.e. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only or Tuesdays and Fridays, etc.)

We have limited space available, so we encourage parents to sign up for extended care as early as possible for the days and times needed. Each extended care session (morning or afternoon) is $20. Please note that sign-up applies for the whole semester, and the cost will be applied to your Tuition Express account monthly.

Drop-ins for care will only be allowed when space is available. Please email Michele Williams if you need to inquire about drop-in care for your child. Drop-in price is $25 per session (charged to your Tuition Express account).
