Application Process for Current students and New siblings for the 2025-2026 School Year

Application fee:

• The application fee of $150.00 will be due at the time you submit your application

• The application fee is per child and is non-refundable

Application Process for New Students for the 2025-2026 school year

Space for the 2025-2026 school year is very limited. Please email Michele Williams to check if we have availability for your child. You can reach her by clicking here.

Summer Camp Enrollment

For current students, school administration will send the application to you.

For new students, please print and fill out the form below. Once completed, you can either bring it in person to Michele Williams or email it to her at mwilliams@westumethodist.org
